Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI core competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure well-stocked shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Able to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
