Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Your role will involve collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Comply with company policies and procedures, ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous.
