Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to exceptional customer service and uphold the company's standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for multitasking and working both independently and in a team.
• Compliance with state and local regulations regarding alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
