Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and follow cash handling policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties and adhere to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina for stocking and organizing merchandise.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
