Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and customer-friendly store environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including cash registers and other tools.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring the security of documents and data.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old to work at ALDI.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
- Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and local regulations.
