Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store maintains high standards of merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers and maintaining a tidy store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality of data.
• Participate in inventory counts and contribute to minimizing losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
