Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized store environment. You will be responsible for duties such as merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain store standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of following company policies and procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently
• Educational requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience is preferred
