Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store. Your focus on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with team members will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays
• Assist customers with their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining document security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and equipment
• Capability to perform cleaning duties to company standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
