We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold document security.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
