Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, operate the cash register, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct inventory counts, report product issues, and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
