Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, handle customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback to the management regarding products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize errors.
• Follow company policies and maintain document security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Exceptional customer service and cash register skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
