Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store remains organized, fully stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, general cleaning, and collaborating with team members to deliver a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure orderly merchandise displays.
• Offer excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and report issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible for employment at ALDI.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and in a team setting.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience considered a plus.
