We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers throughout their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure a secure and efficient shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team setting.
