Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Follow established policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to work at ALDI.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and can multitask efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
