Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping journey.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash-handling procedures and company policies.
• Operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
