Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the store, including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures to uphold security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and within a team environment.
• High School Diploma preferred, with retail experience as a bonus.
