Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking products, and providing exceptional customer service, ultimately enhancing the shopping experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management activities and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Operational knowledge of cash registers and store equipment.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and maintain store cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and within a team.
