Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide courteous and prompt customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Assist in inventory management and monitoring
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
