Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a tidy store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory management and contribute to the overall store efficiency.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Experience in a retail setting is a plus.
