Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI, where you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure it operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (MAP).
• Process customer purchases, maintain tidy merchandise displays, and provide top-notch customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, lifting items up to 45 pounds, and general store upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness, and multitask efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
