Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining our store appearance, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and collaborating with the store team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in your role.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Support inventory management by participating in store inventory counts and monitoring accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
