Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and help minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Efficient cash handling and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent to job requirements.
