Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize inventory losses.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
