Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the Aldi team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management
• Offer feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Operate a cash register efficiently
• Safely handle equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
