Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Manage inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate cash register, equipment, and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience is preferred
