Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures, and uphold company standards while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma preferred, prior retail experience is a plus.
