Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are appealing.
• Communicate effectively with the team and management, providing feedback on products and store operations.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with the ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle store equipment safely.
• Work in compliance with company policies, maintain cleanliness standards, and follow instructions accurately.
• Prior retail experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
