Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and potential improvements.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to ensure security.
• Comply with company policies while maintaining document security.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
