Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash handling policies
• Adhere to company procedures and maintain document security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Experience in retail and operating a cash register preferred
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
