Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in your role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security measures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to provide courteous and efficient customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to handle merchandise and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
