Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our store is well-organized, clean, and that our customers receive top-notch service. From merchandising to cashiering, you will contribute to maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, handle general cleaning duties, and maintain neatly stocked shelves.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle store equipment responsibly.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
