Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the appearance of our store, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and handle merchandise.
