Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products
• Operate the cash register and assist customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Provide feedback to management on products and inventory

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
