Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by handling merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Your focus on exceptional customer service will contribute to an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow company policies, maintain document security, and uphold confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe and accurate equipment handling
• General cleaning skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Capability to work independently and within a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is beneficial
