Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaboration with the ALDI team and adherence to company standards are key aspects of this position.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively within the team and to management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational aspects
• Participate in inventory counting and maintain accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Efficient cash handling skills
• Ability to operate store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Capacity to work independently and in a team setting
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
