Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide customer assistance
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in store inventory counts and follow cash policies

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
