Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, follow company standards, and deliver top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
- Communicate clearly with team members and management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and issues to management.
- Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Capable of interpreting and applying company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
