Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a secure and confidential environment

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and safely handle equipment
• Work independently and within a team, following instructions and multitasking
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions
