We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the M.A.P. Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and cash handling procedures

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail work experience is a plus
