Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, operate the cash register, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory, provide feedback on products, and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and maintain store standards.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
