Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members and management to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, uphold cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols while handling store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment.
• Interpret and apply company policies accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team and independently.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
