Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by maintaining a clean store environment, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
• Assist customers and collaborate effectively with team members
• Provide feedback to management on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to established policies

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
