Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and uphold security and confidentiality standards
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Capable of following cleaning standards and company policies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is an advantage
