Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts, Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands, such as lifting up to 45 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
