Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-merchandised, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in monitoring inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
