Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, operating the cashier, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Job Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide outstanding customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company procedures while upholding document security
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
