Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a tidy and organized store, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies, uphold security measures, and perform assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and various store equipment.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• Meet requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages as per state and local laws.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
