Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-stocked and organized store while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is Full-Time, averaging between 32-40 hours per week, with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide friendly customer service.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Participate in inventory management and store maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
