Job Description

We are looking for a diligent Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory, report issues, and follow established company policies.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and uphold data security measures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
