Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a competitive starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in store inventory and adhere to company policies
• Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash handling and equipment operation skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Work experience in retail environment is a plus
